目的探讨核因子-кB(NF-кB)P65蛋白在大肠癌组织中的表达及意义。方法采用免疫组织化学方法,检测64例大肠癌组织和11例大肠腺瘤组织、16例癌旁组织中NF-κB P65单克隆抗体的表达,分析其与NF-κB P65蛋白之间的关系。结果NF-κB P65蛋白在大肠癌和大肠腺瘤组织中的阳性表达率分别为54.7%、18.2%,16例癌旁组织中无1例阳性表达。大肠癌组与大肠腺瘤组阳性表达率比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。NF-кB P65蛋白在高、中、低分化大肠癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为33.3%、54.2%、61.3%,各组间比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。大肠癌有淋巴结转移组中NF-кB P65蛋白阳性表达率(73.1%)高于无淋巴结转移组(42.1%),二者比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论NF-κB P65蛋白在大肠癌组中的阳性表达显著高于大肠腺瘤组,有淋巴结转移组中阳性表达显著高于无淋巴结转移组,提示NF-κB P65蛋白在大肠癌的发生、发展及淋巴结转移中起重要作用。
Objective To investigate the expression of nuclear factor-kappaB (NF-κB) P65 in colorectal carcinoma and its significance. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NF-κB P65 in 64 cases of colorectal carcinoma and 11 cases of colorectal adenoma and 16 cases of paracancerous tissues. The relationship between NF-κB P65 and NF-κB P65 protein was analyzed. Results The positive rates of NF-κB P65 protein in colorectal carcinoma and colorectal adenoma tissues were 54.7% and 18.2%, respectively. No positive expression was found in 16 paracancerous tissues. The positive expression rates of colorectal cancer and colorectal adenoma were significantly different (P <0.05). The positive rates of NF-кB P65 protein in high, moderate and poorly differentiated colorectal cancer tissues were 33.3%, 54.2% and 61.3%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The positive rate of NF-κB P65 protein in lymph node metastasis was higher than that without lymph node metastasis (73.1%) (P <0.05). Conclusions The positive expression of NF-κB P65 protein in colorectal cancer is significantly higher than that in colorectal adenoma. The positive expression of NF-κB P65 in lymph node metastasis group is significantly higher than that in non-lymph node metastasis group, suggesting the occurrence and development of NF-κB P65 protein in colorectal cancer And lymph node metastasis play an important role.
