证书在人才招聘市场上越来越走俏,无论是本科生、硕 士生的学历证,还是英语四、六级证,计算机二级证,甚至 是驾驶证、健康证、普通话证……如今都已成为各类招聘会 上频频出现的“通行证”。 求职者的手中如果能拥有一摞厚厚的证书,而且这些证 书的“含金量”还不低,那么他们被自己心仪的用人单位“相 中”并录取的可能性就较大。如今,证书在社会上变得越来 越走俏。手中拥有了证书,就等于拥有了求职的“敲门砖”, 有利于顺利通过用人单位招聘门槛。 那么,证书为什么会受到人们如此的器重呢?这还得借 助信息经济学的有关理论,才能得到很好的解释。
