建立松龄太平春酒的质量标准。对其感官指标、常规理化指标进行鉴定及测定,采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对枸杞子、齐墩果酸、西红花进行定性鉴别。该酒味纯甜爽,甲醇含量符合国家标准,乙醇含量53%。3种主要成分在对照药材色谱相应位置上,显示相同颜色的斑点。所建立的质量标准方法可靠、结果稳定、重现性好,为松龄太平春酒质量控制标准提供了依据。
Establish Songling Taiping wine quality standards. The sensory indexes and routine physico-chemical indexes were identified and determined. TLC, TLC and TLC were used to qualitatively identify medlar, oleanolic acid and saffron. The wine taste pure sweet, methanol content in line with national standards, ethanol content of 53%. The three main components in the reference drug chromatography corresponding position, showing the same color spots. The established quality standard method is reliable, the result is stable and the reproducibility is good, which provides the basis for quality control standard of Songling Taipingchunchun.
