苗木从起苗到造林期间往往因失水而造成苗木质量下降.这种质量下降在形态上难以反映出来.本研究对兴安落叶松苗木失水过程中引起的生理变化进行了研究,发现水势变化与苗木成活率和放叶早晚有密切相关关系.在苗木失水过程中细胞膜损伤率逐渐增加,细胞外渗液电导率也逐步增加,表明失水引起了膜透性和结构的变化.所以用水势.细胞膜损伤率作为苗木质量的生理指标是可行的.
