二苯基碳酰二肼吸收光度法测定钢中铬是人们所熟知的方法,但是有干扰元素存在或含铬很低的场合,常常遇到困难。我们试验了用甲基异丁基甲酮、铜铁试剂-三氯甲烷和铜试剂锌-三氯甲烷萃取分离铁、钒、钼、钛、铜等干扰元素,以二苯基碳酰二肼吸收光度法测定纯铁及钢中铬的方法,收到了较好效果。该方法用于测定纯铁及钢中0.001—0.5%的铬,常见量的上述元素无干扰,对含铬0.053%的标准样品12次重复测量的均方误差为±0.00043%。
