光度分析中经常使用各种标准溶液作条件试验、校正曲线、常数测定、机理探讨等等。因此,正确配制、使用和贮存标准溶液是测定准确可靠的前提。但是,在标准溶液的贮存和使用过程中,常常发生非人为的沾污现象,如配制方式、贮存容器和环境、实验室条件等等均可能影响标准溶液浓度的变化。现将本实验室十年来记录的结果加以整理,供同行参考。实验部分 1.标准溶液的配制:铍、镁、钙、锶、钡、银、铅、锆、铂、铑、汞标准溶液用纯盐
