日本川崎钢铁公司研制出一种烧结用新型点火装置——带状火焰型多喷孔烧嘴(Line Burner),从根本上改变了千叶烧结厂的传统点火方式。带状火焰型烧嘴已于1983年8月在千叶厂3号机(203米~2)和4号机(210米~2)上应用。这种新型点火装置完全改变了传统点火器的概念。其特点如下: 1、使用多喷孔烧嘴可以直接点火,保证了更加有效的点火条件。利用这种点火装置时,可以随着烧结操作条件的变化很方便地调整烧嘴的高度和倾角。2、台车宽度方向上火焰十分均匀,而且可以获得所需要的短火焰。点火器炉膛容积可由原来的27米~3缩小到2米~3。点火能耗可降低到6000~7000千卡/吨烧结矿,操作上未出现任何问题。
Japan Kawasaki Iron and Steel Company developed a new type of sintering ignition device - ribbon flame multi-burner (Line Burner), fundamentally changed the traditional Chiba plant firing method. Belt-shaped flame-type burner was applied to Chiba Plant No. 3 (203m ~ 2) and No. 4 (210m ~ 2) in August 1983. This new ignition completely changes the concept of a conventional lighter. Its features are as follows: 1, the use of multi-jet burner can be directly lit, to ensure a more effective ignition conditions. With this type of ignition device, the height and inclination of the burner can be easily adjusted as the sintering operation conditions change. 2, the width of the trolley flame is very uniform, but also can get the required short flame. Igniter furnace volume can be reduced from the original 27 m ~ 3 to 2 m ~ 3. Ignition energy consumption can be reduced to 6000 ~ 7000 kcal / ton sinter, the operation did not appear any problems.
