建立了银翘散超微粉的HPLC指纹图谱及多指标成分(绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、甘草苷、连翘苷、牛蒡苷)的定量测定方法。采用Diamonsil C_18色谱柱,流动相为乙腈∶0.2%磷酸,线性梯度洗脱,检测波长230 nm。利用中药指纹图谱相似度评价系统(2.0版)对10批银翘散超微粉指纹图谱进行分析,确定了33个共有峰,10批样品的指纹图谱与对照图谱相似度达0.971以上。指标性成分绿原酸、连翘酯苷A、甘草苷、连翘苷和牛蒡苷在相应浓度范围内线性关系良好,平均回收率分别为98.25%、99.48%、101.32%、99.79%和99.15%,RSD分别为1.15%、0.87%、1.42%、1.98%和0.94%。
The HPLC fingerprint of Yinqiao Powder and the quantitative determination of multi-index components (chlorogenic acid, forsythiaside A, glycyrrhizin, forsythin, arctiin) were established. The Diamonsil C_18 column was used. The mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile: 0.2% phosphoric acid with linear gradient elution. The detection wavelength was 230 nm. The fingerprints of ten batches of Yinqiao Powder were analyzed by using the similarity evaluation system of Chinese traditional medicine fingerprinting (version 2.0), and 33 common peaks were identified. The similarity of fingerprints and control maps of 10 batches of samples was more than 0.971. The linear components of chlorogenic acid, forsythoside A, glycyrrhizin, forsythin and arctiin were 98.25%, 99.48%, 101.32%, 99.79% and 99.15%, respectively. The average recoveries of chlorogenic acid, RSD were 1.15%, 0.87%, 1.42%, 1.98% and 0.94% respectively.
