在扭转试验中,为便于应力应变的计算,通常采用簿壁管状试样进行扭转,但此种试样加工困难,扭转过程中易发生失稳。为此,本文提出了一种用两根实心试样代替簿壁管状试样的试验方法—径差扭转法。这种方法除解决了上述问题外,还可以根据试验机的精度,选择最佳的等效相对壁厚,使应力测量的误差尽可能地减小。文中还对簿壁管试验和径差扭转试验进行了误差分析,并提出了相应的计算公式。文中图4幅,参考文献5种。
In the torsion test, in order to facilitate the calculation of stress and strain, usually use the wall tube specimen to be twisted, but the sample is difficult to process and is prone to instability during the twisting process. To this end, this paper presents a test method using two solid samples instead of thin-walled tubular specimens - diameter difference method. This method in addition to solve the above problems, but also according to the accuracy of the testing machine, choose the best equivalent relative wall thickness, the stress measurement error as much as possible. The paper also analyzes the error of the wall tube test and the diameter difference torsion test, and puts forward the corresponding calculation formula. The picture in Figure 4, 5 references.
