随着社会经济、文化、卫生发展,医学模式逐渐转变,人口谱、疾病谱、死亡谱也发生变化,疾病监测工作正是为了不断探索疾病发生规律,了解死亡谱变化,制定防治对策,提高人民健康水平,延长寿命。我省全国疾病监测点在1991年较好地完成所有死亡的个案调查,现将结果报告如下。资料与方法资料来源于1991年福建省5个全国疾病监测点所有死亡个案调查,点内建立有完整的监测系统,每月定时调查死亡情况,年终进行漏报调查以补充核实后上报省站。省站
