Miller等人首先在50年代开创并发展了直接在薄层上实现有机反应的工作。以后国外学者又陆续有人在薄层上进行氧化、还原、水解、卤代、酶的催化、酯化、衍生物的制备等。国内学者在70年代初应用反应薄层做过中草药成分的识别。但至今没有见到应用反应薄层手段鉴定纯化合物的报道。本文通过对萜类、黄酮类及人参皂甙类Re和Rg_2,等的实验研究实例,说明本法的特点,特
Miller et al. first pioneered and developed in the 1950s the work to achieve organic reactions directly on thin layers. Afterwards, foreign scholars have successively performed oxidation, reduction, hydrolysis, halogenation, enzyme catalysis, esterification, and preparation of derivatives on thin layers. Domestic scholars used the reaction thin layer to identify the ingredients of Chinese herbal medicine in the early 1970s. However, there have been no reports of the use of thin layers of reagents to identify pure compounds. This article describes the characteristics of this method by studying experimental examples of terpenes, flavonoids, and ginsenosides Re and Rg_2.
