本实验以乳康片对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞微核出现率进行检测。结果表明,乳康片对大鼠外周血淋巴细胞微核出现率无显著影响,不导致染色体畸变。提示乳康片在一定剂量范围内用药不影响细胞遗传学方面的改变。
In this experiment, the rate of micronucleus formation in rat peripheral blood lymphocytes was detected by Rukang Tablet. The results showed that Rukang Tablets had no significant effect on the frequency of peripheral blood lymphocytes in rats and did not cause chromosomal aberrations. It is suggested that the administration of Rukang tablets within a certain dose range does not affect the cytogenetic changes.
