在学校教育的不断改革与发展中,教师形象越来越受到社会、学校和学生的关注,这对教师的要求也越来越高,而且对体育教师提出了更高的要求。本文运用了文献资料法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,我国体育教师形象的变迁的原因进行讨论。本论文认为目前部分人对体育教师的认识存在偏见,其原因是多方面的,需要体育工作者和社会共同努力,改变人们对体育教师的刻板印象,构建符合时发展的体育教师的形象与精神,进一步促进我国体育教育事业的发展。
In the constant reform and development of school education, the image of teachers is getting more and more attention from the society, schools and students. The teachers’ demands are also getting higher and higher, and the PE teachers have put forward higher requirements. This article uses the literature data method, logical analysis and other research methods, the reasons for the change of the image of physical education teachers in our country. This dissertation holds that there are some prejudices in the present understanding of physical education teachers in some people because of many reasons, such as the need of sports workers and society to make concerted efforts to change people’s stereotypes of physical education teachers and build the image and spirit of physical education teachers , To further promote the development of sports education in China.
