一、前言§1.委托机关及委托试验的目的: 我院受北京水力发电总局的委托,对某水力发电站进行蜗壳测流的模型试验,求出蜗壳内外两点的压力差与流量之间的关系,决定流量计常数K,根据相似原理将此值引用至原型(工地应再用实测结果于以验证),从而利用水电站蜗壳上测压管的压力差直接测出蜗壳中的流量。本院伍正诚教授曾亲往某工地研究实际测流方法,最后认为蜗壳测流是切实可行,
