本研究采用访谈法,对上海市Z幼儿园的男教师管理工作进行研究。研究发现:(1)幼儿园男教师大多对幼儿教育事业抱有极大热情,但初入职的适应期是留住他们的关键时期。在这一阶段,幼儿园可以通过让男教师分阶段带班、为男教师提供特殊津贴、编制男教师工作手册等策略“留住人”。(2)对5年以上教龄的幼儿园男教师,幼儿园可通过支持他们开展多领域执教活动、创设男教师沙龙等策略,让男教师“留住心”。
This research uses interview method to study the male teachers’ management in Shanghai Z nursery. The findings are as follows: (1) Most male kindergarten teachers have great enthusiasm for early childhood education. However, the initial adaptation period is a crucial period to retain them. At this stage, kindergarten can adopt the strategy of “keeping people” by having male teachers bring classes in stages, providing special subsidies for male teachers, and preparing male teachers’ workbooks. (2) For kindergarten male teachers and kindergarten teachers who have taught for more than 5 years, kindergartens can create strategies such as male teachers’ salons by enabling them to carry out coaching activities in various fields so that male teachers can “keep their hearts.”
