锥螺纹一般用于载流管道连接处,需要严格的密封。根据锥螺纹的结构特点,影响密封的有沿螺旋线方向的间隙带和轴线方向的间隙带。从加工人手减少间隙带的大小,可以防止渗漏。 1.各项误差对间隙带的影响 (1)牙型半角误差△α/2 此误差直接影响内外螺纹两侧面能否紧密贴合。当内外螺纹的牙型半角不等时,在牙侧间就存在间隙,此间隙形成漏油的螺旋环。若间隙很小,只要螺纹材料强度低、塑性高,就可以采取拧紧螺纹,使牙型变形来消除间隙;但若间隙大,螺纹材料塑性低、强度高,依靠拧紧螺纹不足以消除此间隙而造成渗漏。因此在加工中,要尽量保证牙型角准确。
