Pancreatic cancer is a poor prognosis of the tumor, the current treatment of various means are not good. Cryotherapy has achieved good results in the treatment of various solid tumors, but little is known about its role in the treatment of pancreatic cancer. In vitro and in vivo experiments show that freezing can destroy tumor cells and is safe. Clinical studies have shown that: frozen-based comprehensive treatment of advanced pancreatic cancer, the median survival of 13.4 to 16 months, 1-year survival rate of 57.5% to 63.6%; safety is good, the main complications are: the occurrence of gastric emptying disorders The rate was 0 to 40.9%. The incidence of pancreatic leakage was 0 to 6.8%. The incidence of bile leakage was 0 to 6.8%. More importantly, after tumor cryoablation, a large number of tumor antigens are released in the form of necrotic tumor cells and cell debris to induce post-freezing immunization, which can inhibit tumor growth and metastasis. The combination of local cryoablation and systemic immunotherapy can provide new treatment techniques and methods for the comprehensive treatment of advanced cancer
