化学物质的使用虽然给人类生活带来巨大的利益,但引起身体与遗传危害的例子也不少。因此随着化学工业的发展,化学物质的毒性数据已引起化工企业中卫生、安全、环保等各类专业管理人员的重视。几十年来的经验证明,化学物质在工业生产之前未经动物实验,而只靠使用后的临床观察来评价它的危害性显然是不能达到预防目的的。作为化工企业的厂长以及卫生与安全管理干部必须学会正确使用化学物质的毒性资料,科学地评价它的危害性,为搞好本单位的安全生产服务。
Although the use of chemical substances has brought huge benefits to human life, there are many examples that cause physical and genetic damage. Therefore, with the development of the chemical industry, toxicity data of chemical substances have attracted the attention of various professional managers in the chemical industry such as health, safety and environmental protection. Decades of experience have shown that chemical substances are not tested in animals prior to industrial production and that it is clearly not possible to achieve the goal of prevention by relying solely on clinical observations after use. As a chemical plant manager and health and safety management cadres must learn to use the right toxic chemicals, scientifically evaluate its harmfulness, in order to do a good job of the unit’s production safety services.
