关键研发者的知识搜索不仅影响其自身创造力,而且作用于企业研发产出。作为研发者之间接近程度的度量指标,多维接近性是影响知识搜索的重要因素。然而,现有关键研发者的研究不仅忽略了有关知识搜索机理的探索,而且尚未验证多维接近性的作用。鉴于此,通过选取关键研发者为研究对象,研究多维接近性(包括社会接近性、地理接近性和知识接近性)对其知识搜索的影响,并从动力、机会和能力(MOA)的角度阐释其内部机制。利用Tobit回归模型研究发现:社会接近性和地理接近性均对关键研发者的知识搜索产生正向作用,知识接近性的作用则不显著。
The knowledge search of key developers affects not only their own creativity but also the output of enterprise R & D. As a measure of the proximity between developers, multidimensional proximity is an important factor affecting knowledge search. However, the research of the existing key researchers not only ignores the exploration of knowledge search mechanism, but also has not verified the effect of multidimensional proximity. In view of this, we study the impact of multi-dimensional proximity (including social proximity, geographic proximity, and proximity to knowledge search) on key search engines by selecting key developers as a research object and interpret it from the perspective of power, opportunity and ability (MOA) Its internal mechanism. Using Tobit regression model, we find that both social proximity and geographical proximity have a positive effect on the knowledge search of key researchers, and the effect of knowledge proximity is not significant.
