树脂含量是成型工艺中的主要参数,对于不同的成型工艺,不同的树脂品种,树脂含量是不同的。从产品的性能和使用要求来讲,往往要求玻璃钢含有不同的树脂含量。例如,对于承受拉力的产品,为了获得高的拉伸强度,应采用高强度的玫璃纤维,而树脂含量尽可能低一些;对于耐腐蚀的产品,则希望表面层有较高的树脂含量。玻璃钢产品种类很多,成型工艺方法也很多,树脂含量究竟是多少才合理呢?这是一个重要又而复杂的问题。
The resin content is the main parameter in the molding process. For different molding processes, different resin types and resin contents are different. In terms of product performance and use requirements, FRP often require different resin content. For example, for tensile products, in order to achieve high tensile strength, high-strength glass fibers should be used with the lowest possible resin content; for corrosion-resistant products, the higher resin content of the surface layer is desirable. There are many types of FRP products and many molding methods. What is the reasonable content of resin? This is an important and complicated issue.
