采用大功率CO2轴快流激光器进行了低碳钢板的三维激光成形的规律研究。测量了不同板材截面原始几何形状的激光弯曲与时间、温度差之间的关系。研究了不同激光扫描路径和顺序对球冠成形的影响,结果表明原始工件形状和扫描引起截面惯性矩的变化对三维激光成形有很大影响。
High-power CO2 axial fast-flow laser was used to study the regularity of three-dimensional laser forming of low-carbon steel. The relationship between the laser bending and the time and temperature difference of the original geometries of different plate sections was measured. The effects of laser scanning path and sequence on the forming of the spherical cap were studied. The results show that the shape of original workpiece and the change of moment of inertia caused by scanning have a great influence on the 3D laser forming.
