现代国家治理与传统国家管理的区别主要表现在:一是治理参与主体一元与多元的区别,二是治理结构垂直与扁平的区别,三是治理关系单向与互动的区别。这些区别要求我们党的领导也需要转变方式。如何根据国家治理现代化的要求抓住加强和改善党的领导的重点,是摆在我们党面前的崭新课题。国家治理涉及方方面面,是十分复杂的系统工程。
The differences between modern state administration and traditional state administration are mainly manifested in the following aspects: First, the difference between the unification and diversification of governance participants; second, the difference between vertical and flat governing structures; and third, the difference between unidirectional and interactive governance relations. These differences require that the leadership of our party also needs to change its approach. How to seize the key points for strengthening and improving the party’s leadership in accordance with the requirements of the modernization of state governance is a brand-new task before our party. National governance involves all aspects and is a very complicated systematic project.
