Based on relative literature, by means of questionnaire, interview and statistics, the situation of education and science researchof P.E teacher in Shenyang middle school was investigated. The results showthat the teachers recognition on developing physical educational scienceresearch is reasonable. Most of their attitude is active, but part of themcan not put research and teaching together and to some extent, somequestions exist in their recognition. P.E. teacher often use the means of “experienced conclusion” and “literature”. Because some methods such as the experiment and investigation method require more technology than others,they are often scarcely used. Research outcome is at the lower phase, the teachers, ability to write papers must be advanced. The science andresearch administration department and school office can not offer help to teachers for research fully. Among all the hardships the junior school administration will be confront.Funding,reference and theoretical direction is lacking at current. We should convert the concept of administrator and P.E. teacher. Their Ability to advance the administrations regiment to perfection and reasonably project and encourage methods that can make everyone involved satisfied.
