Objective To study the curative effect with different desensitizers sensitive to wedge shaped defect dentin and influence on glass ionomer filling effect.Methods The wedge-shaped defect with dentine hypersensitivity in179cases, in accordance with the bottom of the wedge shaped defect type V depth into1degrees (tooth neck shape very little loss) group,2degrees (tooth cervix defect depth&It;1mm group),3degrees (tooth cervix defect depth1-2mm) group,4degrees (cervical defect depth2mm-3mm) group.1of the group into3subgroups, respectively using Hybridcoat, Duraphat and Toro fluoride sodium fluoride coating, not to fill, the observed desensitization immediately and3months after a group of2degrees,3degrees; group,4each group was divided into4subgroups, respectively applied Hybridcoat, Duraphat, sodium fluoride and fluorine coating and do not besmear desensitization agent only filling,2degrees,3degrees,4group of group of group of each sub group in the application of different desensitizers immediately to observe the treatment effect and after recording; application of3M Vitremer glass ion wedge shaped defect filling, and the shedding of three months after the filling of filling body.Results Group1degree wedge-shaped defect application Hybridcoat and Duraphat immediately after fluoride treatment effect of desensitization and Sodium Fluoride group differences had no statistical significance (P>0.05); Sodium Fluoride group after3months effective, and more Duraphat fluorine and Hybridcoat were significantly difference (P<0.05).2group,3c,4degrees of difficulty Hybridcoat and more efficient than Sodium Fluoride group (P<0.05), immediately filling, and filling after3months of each packing material loss rate, more fighting fluorine Hybridcoat, high Sodium Fluoride group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).Conclusion1.Duraphat and Hybridcoat sensitive dentine can significantly improve symptoms caused by wedge-shaped defect2.Duraphat application makes wedge-shaped defects immediately be glass ionomer success rate has dropped, exposed root surfaces of teeth recommend desensitization therapy, try to avoid the Duraphat rubbed into the surface of the wedge-shaped defect
