气体分离碳膜的制备及性能研究

碳膜分离技术作为分离过程的一种重要方法,在气体分离上的研究取得了突破性进展。分子筛碳膜的气体分离能力远大于聚合物膜,在耐高温、耐有机溶剂及蒸汽、耐酸碱等性能上均优于聚合物膜,因此与之相关的研究具有广阔的应用前景。本文以聚酰亚胺为原料,在600℃下利用高温裂解方法制备碳膜。通过对一系列小分子气体(如:H2,CH4,CO2,N2)的渗透率测试,并计算碳膜对各气体的理想分离系数。同时考察了碳膜制备过程中的各种影响因素。例如,碳化升温速率、高分子膜制备方法对碳膜分离性能的影响等。本文所用
