玉米是一种最重要的禾本科作物,它能够为全世界提供粮食、饲料及生物能源。但在玉米的生长发育过程中,会受到各种各样的逆境胁迫,其中以干旱和盐碱胁迫最为严重,最终影响玉米的产量。利用传统育种的方法已经获得一些抗旱或者耐盐的玉米新品种,但是传统育种的方法比较耗时、耗力和耗钱。随着生物技术的迅速发展,利用转基因方法获得抗旱或者耐盐的玉米品种成为了一种可能。拟南芥的AtHDG11(HOMEODOMAIN GL

导入opaque-2基因的微胚乳玉米含油率及氨基酸含量的稳定性研究

本试验以6个导入opaque-2(o2)基因的微胚乳玉米(简称o2微胚乳玉米)为材料,自交4代分别获得自交系S1、S2、S3、S4,随机抽样S1、S3、S4的部分籽粒,测定其粒重、含油率、氨基酸含量、赖氨酸含量等指标,比较不同自交代各品系间及各品系内各性状的差异,分析各自交代间各重要性状的关系。研究导入i2基因后,微胚乳玉米自交系随着自交代数的增加其粒重、含油率及氨基酸的变化。主要比较结果如下：1
