纳米二硫化钼润滑油添加剂的制备及摩擦学性能考察

该文采用化学沉淀法制备二硫化钼纳米颗粒,重点考察了表面活性剂、溶液酸度等对生成二硫化钼颗粒的影响.应用优先出的条件制备出平均粒径在100nm左右,有着较好粒度分布的二硫化钼纳米粒子.将一定量的纳米二硫化钼加入到HVI500基础油中,用四球机考察其抗磨减摩性能,实验结果表明,纳米二硫化钼不仅能够在油品中分散稳定,而且能够显著改善基础油的抗磨减摩性能,提高其承载能力,其中最大无卡咬负荷P<,B>和烧结负荷P<,D>分别提高46﹪和150﹪;纳米二硫化钼作为润滑油添加剂的抗磨减摩和极压性能均优于常规抗磨添加剂二烷基二硫代磷酸锌(ZDDP).采用扫描电镜和X光电子能谱对摩擦试件的磨斑表面进行分析认为,在边界润滑条件下添加剂的存在能够提高油品的摩擦学性能;在不同的载荷下添加剂的作用形式也不同;添加剂与金属表面发生复杂的摩擦化学反应,生成的产物有利于增强油品的抗磨能力和加强摩擦表面的保护作用.
