Scholars in the organizational culture domain were striving for several decades tocreate the most reliable tool for quantitative assessment of organizational culture.Afterthe "paradigm wars" in the 80s, researchers proposed multiple tools and scales forassessing organizational culture.Although several frameworks were accepted by themajority of scholars as adequate methods, they still possess certain limitations. This content analytic exploratory study aims to propose a new approach toorganizational culture research by combining a very classical method-OrganizationalCulture Profile instrument-and web-based content analysis.By transforming OCPvalues set to a coding scheme and implementing it for analysis of video game industryonline job advertisements was discovered that, this approach will allow to exploreorganizational culture values using extemai data.This study introduces new approach ofusing classical culture assessment instrument which creating opportunities for furtherresearch.
