In the matter of requirements management, the project is taking the first steps, the system is being built right now, which is why this work is relevant now more than ever.We do not have as much experience with the requirements management system as our western partners Boeing and Airbus,as the number of aircraft developed and produced by them exceeds our current capabilities at times.Today, our aircraft corporations do not have a single system of management, this work can become the basis of the methodological framework for the company.Requirements management came to us from the IT industry, where, largely due to the fast dynamics and short life cycle of the product,it was developed and implemented in projects. The review of requirements management techniques shows a variety of approaches,at the same time, little variation for technically complex projects, especially in the aviation industry. For technically complex products such as aircraft, the number of stakeholders and the volume of information increases dramatically. When choosing not only the aircraft but the program as a whole for the object of research,we must think about the detailed study of requirements management at all stages of the project throughout the life cycle. The aim of the thesis is to develop a system of requirements management in aviation projects. The development of the aircraft requirements management process is based on international requirements and standards to achieve the highest quality of the final product and its further certification in the international market. This requires a clear understanding of the needs of stakeholders and the principles for collecting, writing and verifying all types of requirements.Managing such a large array of information requires the use of a suitable tool for this purpose, for example, the work on the DOORS system was given and a step-by-step plan for its implementation in an aviation project was prescribed The main result of the study is to create develop a stage gate based framework, the action steps to create a systems description of existing methods and principles of requirements management. The work combines the known methods and elements of requirements management,as well as the necessary activities that precede the direct definition of the necessary actions to create a system. The thesis, continuation of the research plan, consideration of all stages of the CR929 project and integration of all the results into a single methodology for the formation and management of requirements are considered. The study identified external and internal factors affecting requirements management. The evaluation and analysis of the process through the appropriate indices and coefficients.Based on the results of the analysis of the requirements management process, conclusions were drawn about the key impact on the progress of the project. The degree of influence of this factor has been illustrated by examples. As recommendations for the application of the results of the dissertation work,it is proposed to use the developed plan and experimental model of requirements management as a base, due to its universality, for all stages of the life cycle of an innovative product,in particular CR929.
