分别于2002年11月和12月对龙眼品种大乌圆进行了不同用量（0kg，0.25kg，0.5kg，0.75kg．1kg／每棵树）的土施氯酸钾处理，研究了氯酸钾对龙眼树体若干生理指标及成花状况、果实品质的影响，结果表明：在使用氯酸钾后一到两个月内 1．叶片含氮量有所提高，而K、P的含量降低。 2．氯酸钾的施用，降低了叶片钙含量，对镁的含量无规律性影响。 3．氯酸钾降低了叶片可溶性糖含量。 4．施用氯酸钾提高了龙眼顶芽IPA、ABA、ZTR的含量，降低了GA3的含量，从而降低了IPA／ABA，GA／ZTR，GA3／ABA的比值，促进了成花。 在本次试验中，氯酸钾的使用，提前了龙眼的花期，提高了植株成花率和花穗质量，但降低了果实的单果重与可溶性固型物含量，对可食率无明显影响。
