At the beginning of 2008, Premier Wen Jiabao predicated that this year would be the most difficult time for China’s economy. China’s economy has been enduring multi-layer pressures from both home and abroad such as high price of international raw materials and energy sources, continual going up of CPI, rising of labor resources cost, tightening of credit loans, speeding up of RMB exchange rate appreciation and so on. Moreover, due to the special disasters of the southern snow storm and Wenchuan earthquake, China’s economy has withstood a series of severe tests. Under such economic circumstances, a great number of Chinese enterprises especially those small and medium sized ones have to confront unprecedented challenges to survive.Economic globalization has been coming to us closer and closer, more and more business sectors and markets are gradually open to abroad. The Chinese enterprises in the initial and growing period should cope with not only the domestic competitors but also those multinationals that have experienced mature market economy. The economic momentum changed abruptly.The Power of strategic execution is a comprehensive ability that the enterprise applies all kinds of resources and mechanisms in order to realize the strategic target in the process of strategic execution. It includes common understanding, cooperation and control. All of them compose the pillar of the strength of enterprise’s strategic execution.This article is to form a framework and a mode of thinking to describe the comprehensive theory of the enterprise’s power of strategic execution. It is the foundation that sums up the present situation of working out and the strategic execution of small enterprise at the specially developed stage now. And to analyze the decisive factor and feature of the power of strategic execution from a brand-new perspective, that can let the theory circles and pragmatic circles to think it more comprehensively and more deeply.They should strengthen their internal management, learn to give up and focus on, really become capable of managing teams with effective mechanisms and corporate culture., and effectively will directly impact on their survivals.According to the "three-factor model of the implementation of the strategy", we analyze and sum up the construction of strategy execution from these three perspectives—mechanism, culture and team.
