With today’s mobile phone fast-growing, simple hardware design has been unable to meet the needs of users, mobile phone gradually enter into a service-oriented era. In a growing emphasis on the concept of "experience" today, mobile services have reached a user satisfaction "experience" standard? Cell phone service designers how to operate mobile phone services to be able to meet user needs and expectations? That is the core concepts of "experience"-people, only with the most full and real understanding to the users, design with the "experience" in the process of mobile phone services, which allows users to better enjoy the "experience".This study is about the design of mobile phone service for college students. On the one hand, the current students have a mobile phone service market is relatively rich in services, in the course of the study easier to expand the comparison and analysis; other hand, the student population itself demand characteristics have a very rich, is the mobile phone service market in the main consumer; Furthermore, the student population is also a main force in the development trend of the times, they easily become a new product innovator and early adopters. Therefore, the cell phone service for college students with a research study compared the significance and market value.This paper’s specific research and analysis are as follows:1, First, service design and mobile phone content services, analysis and understanding, established a user-centered design guideline phone services, and mobile phone services of the different stage of development to bring the user experience innovation.2, Students-user’s mobile phone service awareness and demand analysis and design exploration as a research focus, through quantitative and qualitative data research and needs analysis of the combination of cognitive and detailed investigation and analysis of the student population on the acceptability of mobile phone services notice, demand, use the status quo, existing problems, the key point of service design and so on.
