The relevance of this work lies in the fact that the Chinese e-commerce market is developing at a pace several times superior to American and European online stores.Recently,an increasing number of entrepreneurs are beginning to develop cooperation with China.The ultimate goal of any entrepreneur is not only to make a profit from the company,but also to increase the value of the company,as well as a valuable asset,which can attract investment,which can be developed,but also sold.In this study,we consider the impact of e-commerce development in China on the growth of retail company value.The paper aim is to analyze the impact of Chinas e-сommerce on business development under the bilateral cooperation between Russia and China.Analysis of this research introduces the main idea of the enterprise business valuation in international trade,describes main concept and features of online marketing,explains the reason for choosing the Chinese online platform by company under study,due to comparative analysis with other international online platforms.It also presents factors influencing the development of RussianChinese e-сommerce,problems and prospects of this direction.The analytic part of the work starts with introduction of the case study company profile,includes characteristics and structure of the enterprise;followed by the financial analysis of the company.It focuses on the analysis of the findings base on the theoretical foundation of business evaluation.The research exposes the calculation of the market value of the company in 2009-2013 and the determination of the discount rate.Moreover,this research analyzes the mechanism of e-commerces impact on Chinas trade,joins the empirical analysis of trade and e-commerce,sets up panel data of Chinas import and export volume and e-commerce indicators of China from 2014 to 2018,establishes a fixedeffect model.The promotion effect of e-commerce level on trade import and export.It proves that the development of Chinas e-commerce has promoted the connection between China and other economies,reduced the contract costs,reduced tariff barriers,and formed economies of scale.It has increased Chinas import and export volume,and provided new opportunities for other economies to enter the Chinese market.In the course of the work,to obtain the data on Russian-Chinese e-commerce,business valuation,large online platforms,its structure and features were analyzed theoretical sources by domestic and foreign authors.As a result of the analysis,proposals for the development of e-сommerce of the company entering the Chinese market and conclusions,as well as recommendations for further improvement of international cooperation in the framework of trends in the development of e-сommerce are presented.
