This paper introduces the relevant algorithms and applications of on-line computer-aided sorting system of steel pipe material, analyzes and compares the results of statistical analysis and fuzzy diagnosis based on clustering of Kohonen neural network with production data, and points out that the intelligent sorting method involves Problems and application prospects.
