Recently, it is found that liquid transported on graphene can generate electricity1-3.The origin of the induced voltage is suggested to the electric double layer (EDL) at the interface between graphene and liquid2,3.The induced voltage is highly related to the distribution of liquid1-3.However, the relationship between the electronic properties and the ratio of exposure area still needs further studies, In this work, the tight-binding model is utilized to calculate the lowenergy band (EB) and density of state (DOS) of graphene in the presence of liquid.
