复发性髌骨脱位矫形术后效果欠佳原因分析

【摘 要】

：

方法 回顾性分析我院2010.7至2012.7收治的复发性髌骨脱位237例,其中有症状者患者22例纳入研究,手术方式的选择,以MPFL重建为基础髌骨倾斜角小于30度者行外侧松解术,TT-TG大于15mm者行胫骨结节内移抬高术,Insall指数大于1.2者行胫骨结节内下移术.

Norton神经瘤的手术治疗

关节镜下不同固定方式治疗前叉下止点新鲜撕脱骨折前瞻研究

目的：观察关节镜下不同固定方法治疗前叉下止点撕脱骨折的疗效，探讨前叉下止点撕脱骨折最佳固定方式。方法：前瞻性分析2014年10月至2015年10月43例前叉下止点新鲜撕脱骨折患者，其中Meyers-Mckeever分型2型17例、 3型26例，合并内侧副韧带损伤3例，合并半月板损伤9例，合并前叉韧带上止点部分撕裂1例。
