  Hydroxyl radical (OH), as one of primary reactive oxygen species (ROS),plays vital roles in various physiological and pathological processes, can cause many diseases,such as aging, cancer, inflammation, Alzheimers Disease [1].Therefore, it is critical to monitor ·OH to gain a full understanding of the function that ·OH play in pathology and physiology and relationship between ·OH and oxidative stress.To date, though several methods have been developed to detect ·OH, it is still a challenging work to monitor ·OH with high selectivity, sensitivity because it shows the highest reactivity and shortest half-life time among ROS, and is easy to convert to H2O2 and other ROS.
