我们采用高温热注入法合成高质量CIS量子点,并应用到量子点敏化电池中[1].通过调控Cu/In原子比合成不同组成的CIS量子点,研究发现:随着In含量的增加,量子点带隙变宽,吸光变窄,主要由于In含量的增加会降低价带的位置[2].另一方面,随着In含量的增加,荧光发射谱峰位会有所蓝移,荧光强度增加,前者归根于带隙变宽,后者是因为In含量增加会有戏效的减少量子点的缺陷,尤其是表面缺陷[3].
