微藻高值化合物代谢网络解析及高效控制方法

  能源短缺与碳排放己成为制约我国经济持续发展、影响国家安全的重大瓶颈。微藻被认为是最有潜力的油脂生物质资源之一,能够强劲积累类萜、长链烃、长链脂肪醇、色素、蛋白质等先进生物燃料、化学品或功能食品。但其生长密度低、抗逆性能差的特点制约了其经济可行性。微藻功能基因组学通过整合组学手段和代谢工程技术,优化藻种能源特性,具有重要的理论意义和应用价值。项目组选用微藻尤其是海洋微藻作为高能高值化合物生产和碳捕获的模式藻株,重点围绕高能高值化合物代谢网络解析及高效控制方法的建立开展工作,为光合细胞工厂技术的建立提供创新的遗传资源。
