Background and Aim: Approximately one third of the world's population has serological evidence of past or present infection with hepatitis B virus (HBV) and that 350 to 400 million people are chronically infected, of whom 78% lived in Asia.Many of patients transmitted during the perinatal period or in the first years of life are in the immune-tolerant phase for a long time.
