To measure the size of nanoparticles in-situ and in-line has much helpful for the research, manufacturing and application of nanoparticles. Some measurement techniques, such as PCS, SEM, TEM have been widely used in nanoparticle sizing. However, all those methods may not be used for in-situ and in-line measurement. In order to realize the in-situ and in-line measurement, two novel methods based on the dynamic light scattering and ultrasonic attenuation spectrum have been developed.
