目的：对真皮帽技术的改良以及其远期应用的安全性和有效性进行回顾性分析。 方法：对在2003年10月至2011年10月期间在我科行真皮帽技术乳房缩小术和乳房下垂矫正术的347名患者进行定期随访，其中213位患者成功随访时间在3-24个月之间。分别将2006年10月之前和之后的患者分为早期组和晚期组，统计并比较两组之间的并发症率、远期满意率以及改良技术的应用情况。
