：
目的：分析和总结应用整形外科技术修复巨大体壁缺损的临床体会。 方法：2004年7月至2012年6月期间我院共收治的2对胸腹联体儿、1对坐骨联体儿和2例先天性心脏外露患者。第一对胸腹联体儿在急诊分离并直接闭合切口；第二对胸腹联体儿先在胸腹壁埋置扩张器并行快速扩张,在扩张完成1月后且基本情况稳定的情况下行分离手术,用异体心包重建心包腔,Medpor支架重建胸骨缺损,聚丙烯单丝网片重建腹壁,胸腹扩张皮

方法：2004年7月至2012年6月期间我院共收治的2对胸腹联体儿、1对坐骨联体儿和2例先天性心脏外露患者。第一对胸腹联体儿在急诊分离并直接闭合切口；第二对胸腹联体儿先在胸腹壁埋置扩张器并行快速扩张,在扩张完成1月后且基本情况稳定的情况下行分离手术,用异体心包重建心包腔,Medpor支架重建胸骨缺损,聚丙烯单丝网片重建腹壁,胸腹扩张皮瓣旋转闭合胸腹剖面：一对坐骨联体儿事先通过联合部位的牵张运动对皮肤行预扩张后再行手术分离,通过腹部对偶三角皮瓣转移修复腹壁,耻骨复位、人工肌腱固定重建盆底软组织缺损；两例先天性心脏外露患者中,用异体心包重建心包腔,第一例婴儿因心脏受压后影响心功能一期未行胸骨的重建,表面皮肤缺损通过腹部旋转皮瓣修复；第二例心脏外露为成年患者,一期使用Medpor支架重建胸骨,通过游离松解两侧胸壁皮肤直接关闭缺损。
