The marked nonlinear voltage–current density(V–J)characteristics of zinc oxide(ZnO)varistors were appeared by addition of various kinds of additives,such as Bi2O3,MnO2,Co3O4,Sb2O3,etc.It is reported that the V–J characteristics for ZnO varitors added only SrCoO3(SCO)showed the marked nonlinearity.However,their electrical characteristics of SCO added varistor has not been investigated in detail.
