In accordance with the requirements of the educational "Guidelines for the Criteria of Performance Excellence", in this paper, the PEST tool is applied to analyze the macro-environment of the entrepreneurship education at higher learning schools, Michael Porters Five Forces Model is used to analyze the entrepreneurship educational industrial environment, Michael Porters Value Chain Model is used to analyze the entrepreneurship educational internal environment, the SWOT tools is used for the strategic analysis on the entrepreneurship education, the internal and external factors are integrated to select the appropriate entrepreneurship education development strategy, and then the overall strategic objective is decided and decomposed.
