Based on the analysis of logistics enterprises organizational structure dimensions and the build of marketing capability model, empirically study the relationship between logistics organizational structure dimensional elements and marketing capabilities.Under the assumption that organizational structure and marketing logistics capability are positively correlated, it is found that structural dimensional element standardization plays the greatest role in the marketing capabilities.
