Ti-C复合材料混杂层压板振动试验及数值分析

  研究了由钛合金和碳纤维增强复合材料混杂铺设而成的Ti-C复合材料混杂层压板(FMLs)的制备及其自由振动问题.使用MSC.PATRAN/NASTRAN有限元分析软件分析计算得到相同尺寸下的碳纤维复合材料层压板和Ti-C混杂层压板(FMLs)的固有频率,分析了钛合金层对复合材料层压板的固有频率的影响;对不同尺寸的Ti-C混杂层压板试验件进行二维有限元建模计算,得到两者的固有频率,以分析尺寸效应对混杂层压板的固有频率的影响;采用电磁激振器和先进的非接触式激光扫描仪对两种试验件进行自由振动试验,比较了数值仿真计算结果和试验结果,对比结果总体吻合较好,验证了二维有限元模型的可行性.
