使用光滑粒子流体动力学(SPH)方法分析复合材料层压板抗冰雹冲击性能

  冰雹群撞击机身机构、机翼前缘、尾翼舵面等暴露部件均可导致严重的冲击损伤。复合材料层合板对外来撞击物的异常敏感导致穿越冰雹区可能为给飞行安全留下致命隐患。本文基于光滑粒子流体动力学方法,使用显式有限元分析工具LS-DYNA,模拟冰雹球在高速冲击中的流固耦合力学性能。与试验结果的对比表明,使用SPH方法模拟冰雹球可以很好地再现冰雹在高速冲击中的破坏过程和模式。
