目的 了解 SARS流行期间高校大学生的焦虑状况 ,对其相关因素进行分析 ,为改善他们的心理健康提供依据。方法 采用自编问卷和 SAS量表调查了 3 1 6名江西师大学生。结果 1 SARS流行期间高校学生的焦虑水平显著高于常模及平时水平。 2对疾病的了解、个人经历及灾害意识等影响焦虑的程度。 3焦虑与适应能力、人际关系、个性特征、智力活动、利他行为存在显著相关。结论 SARS流行期高校学生焦虑水平明显增高 ,焦虑与多种因素有关 ,加强各方面能力的培养有助于缓解其焦虑症状
Objective To understand the anxiety of college students during the SARS epidemic and analyze the related factors so as to provide evidences for improving their mental health. Methods A total of 316 Jiangxi Normal University students were investigated using self-compiled questionnaires and SAS questionnaires. Results 1 During the SARS epidemic, college students’ anxiety levels were significantly higher than those of norm and usual level. 2 understanding of the disease, personal experience and awareness of disasters affect the extent of anxiety. 3 Anxiety and adaptability, interpersonal relationships, personality traits, mental activity, altruistic behavior there is a significant correlation. Conclusions The prevalence of anxiety in college students during the SARS epidemic was significantly higher. Anxiety was related to various factors, and strengthening the cultivation of various abilities could help alleviate their anxiety symptoms
