On the basis of in-depth analyzing the necessity and importance for the real estate customers satisfaction evaluation,we analysed factors affecting their satisfaction degree,the evaluation index system is put forward.By means of "entorpy" concept in the information theory,using the entropy method to determine the satisfaction index weight,which can avoid the limits of typical evaluations subjective weight,then assess the real estate customers satisfaction degree with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The model is applied to evaluate the real estate customers satisfaction degree,and satisfying results are obtained in practical application.
